Mark Francis LL.B,
C.Dec
Mark has over twenty years experience in law. He is admitted as a
solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of
Australia.
He is a Commissioner for Declarations, a member of the Queensland Law
Society and holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology and
is a member of the Family Law Practitioners Association of the Law Council of
Australia.
Mark has extensive experience in Family Law having practised in this field
for many years. Mark has undertaken mediation training with Bond University.
Mark is the partner in charge of family law litigation within the firm.
Mark has also undertaken training as an Independent Childrens Lawyer
enabling him to appear and represent the interests of children in family law court
proceedings.

Randal Binnie LL.B, Notary
Public Randal is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Family Law Specialist. He was admitted as
a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland on 28 January 1992 and is also admitted as a
solicitor to the High Court of Australia. Randal holds a Bachelor of Laws from the
Queensland University of Technology and is a member of the Family Law Practitioners
Association of the Law Council of Australia.
Randal has a broad range of legal experience and has appeared as an advocate
in a number of Courts and Tribunals in both State and Federal
jurisdictions.
Randal now concentrates on alternative dispute resolution (mediation and
collaborative law) to assist our clients.
Prior to his admission as a solicitor Randal was a member of the Queensland
Police Service for thirteen years, resigning at the rank of Sergeant Second
Class.
Randal is an:
- accredited mediator under the National
Accreditation Standards;
- a Queensland Law Society approved
mediator;
- a registered Family Dispute Resolution
Practitioner under the Family Law Act & Regulations;
- a Legal Aid Office (Qld) approved
chairperson/mediator (since 1992).
- A Notary Public and is a member of The
Society of Notaries Qld Inc and the Australian & New Zealand College of
Notaries
- A trained and currently practising Collaborative Lawyer
